Sleep and exrcise for teenage.

Today in health we have to do a blog about healthy food for teenages and how much sleep you should be getting 


Sleep-You should brush you teeth and have a shower before you go to bed so your clean for the morning 

if you want to you should really do some reading because its good for your brains its like a workout for your brain and you will get better at reading. 


Exercise- You should get some more execrise 10 minute or 30  so you can get fit and health and also strong.

its really good for your health as well so you dont get diabetes and any heart problems so you can be a healthy strong independent person with a healthy heart./
